For us, a brewery rooted in Busan,
the sea has always been the most familiar landscape.
So when Marché introduced a market
inspired by the sea, it felt only natural to
be part of its very first edition.
From the 10th Anniversary New Wheat Market
to the Fermentation Market, and later Seeds & Beginnings
at Seoul Forest, GGULGGEOK HOUSE continued
the journey alongside Marché.
As each season brought a new theme
to the market, we returned with a new story
to share through makgeolli.

At the New Wheat Market,
we introduced a makgeolli brewed with wheat.
At the Fermentation Market,
we shared the craft we have devoted ourselves
to for years. And at Seeds & Beginnings,
we presented a new seasonal brew.
Looking back, each theme reflected
the path GGULGGEOK HOUSE has been exploring over the years.

Marché is a place where farmers,
makers, and creators meet people face to face.
After returning year after year, familiar faces
began to appear. Some visitors came back each
season, and before asking about
our newest makgeolli, they greeted us like old friends.

"We've been looking forward
to seeing you again this year."
Those words are one of the reasons
we keep coming back to Marché.
Meeting farmers and producers with
exceptional ingredients, sharing stories
through makgeolli, and welcoming the same season
together, year after year.
For GGULGGEOK HOUSE,
Marché is more than a market where
we introduce our makgeolli—i
t's a place where we build lasting relationships,
one season at a time.
